PROJECT/ Serene Oak Villa

The Serene Oasis Residency is an exercise in "Minimalist Luxury." A&S Construction developed this project with the intent of creating a home that acts as a retreat from the chaos of urban life. The architecture is defined by horizontal lines, soft-textured finishes, and a neutral color palette. Instead of sharp industrial edges, we focused on "Soft Modernism"—using smooth plaster, light-colored stone, and hidden structural supports to create a sense of weightlessness and flow. It is a building designed to breathe.
