Architectural Vision The Chelsea Penthouse is a masterclass in urban sophistication, designed by A&S Construction to offer an elevated living experience above the city skyline. This project focuses on the "Open Air" concept, featuring floor-to-ceiling glass walls and a sprawling private terrace that extends the living room into the horizon. Our architectural approach was to create a seamless transition between the industrial energy of the city and the serene, private luxury of a penthouse retreat.

Modern Sophistication Inside, A&S Construction implemented a sleek, minimalist aesthetic using a palette of polished concrete, brushed metal, and warm hardwoods. The heart of the penthouse is a custom-designed kitchen and social lounge, built to host and impress.
