PROJECT/ The Velvet Horizon Penthouse

A&S Construction delivered a turnkey interior fit-out for this premium educational facility in Canning Town. The project focused on creating a harmonious balance between minimalist design and functional learning spaces. Our team executed a full spatial transformation, featuring bespoke birch-plywood joinery, integrated creative wet-play stations with designer tiling, and a calming dual-tone color palette. Every detail, from the ergonomic safety handrails to the custom storage solutions, was manufactured in-house to ensure the highest standards of safety and craftsmanship.
