Architectural Vision The Onyx Boutique Plaza is a masterclass in maximizing value within a compact urban footprint. Designed by A&S Construction, this small-scale plaza serves as a sophisticated hub for premium retail and executive offices. Moving away from massive industrial structures, we focused on a "Boutique Elegance" concept, utilizing a dark-toned, refined facade with sleek metal accents and high-visibility storefronts. The architectural layout is optimized for high foot traffic while maintaining a sense of exclusivity and modern prestige.
